Happy New Year!!!

Hello, I am Angelia, I am a 48 year old Christian from Oklahoma. Born in Southern Illinois, lived there 8 years, lived in California 5 1/2 years, Texas 2 years, and Oklahoma currently 34 years. Wouldn't trade the moving around for anything, I learned so much.

I am happily married for 29 years, and have a son 23, & a daughter 25. I also have the most beautiful granddaughter ever, she is 3 years old.

I'm an animal lover, and have a zoo. I have 3 cats, Gabby 5, Annabelle 4, Oreo 2,and 4 dogs, 2 Toy Aussie's Smokey and Bandit , A Blue Healer Savannah, a Pom-mix Lil Bit (a stray who found me in freezing weather never found owner so he stayed), and 6 fish.

I have had my own janitorial service for 18 years, and having obsessive compulsive disorder I have done really well in having a cleaning service. I have now retired so I can be a full time Grandma, while my daughter works as an EMT & vet tech. I have a BA in history and I love history, but was able to make a better living with my janitorial business. My husband is retired and has gone back to work after finding he was bored at home.

I listen mostly to christian of all kinds I just love KLove radio.

I love to read, but it's hard to choose my time between art and reading.having had a janitorial service I would get reading time in by listening to audio books as I clean. We just love Audible.com, we use it a lot.

Favorite type of book, cooking mysteries, archaeology mysteries, vampire romance, adventures, Historical romances dealing with ships, & pirates, but I am willing to try anything.

My favorite books as of now are The Argeneau Series by Lynsay Sands, The Last Jihad series by Joel Rosenberg, also his new trilogy The Twelfth Imam. This Presence Darkness & Piercing the Darkness by Frank Peretti. Joanne Fluke mysteries series. The Fargo adventures by Clive Cussler, and all of James Rollins books.

I don't watch TV, we cancled our satelite we had for 20+ years this year as we dont watch it. I'll watch an occasional movie, but find most new movies not worth seeing.

I like many older movies The Quiet Man, The African Queen, Donovan's Reef, Operation Petticoat, many more like these. I also like action/adventures, like Hunt for Red October, Bourne Identity, Tomb Radier, and others like this. And of couse Harry Potter, Pirates of Caribbean, & Fantastic Beasts.

I love, Cross Stitching, Mini albums, junk journals & stuff for them, zentangles, Rolo's, ATC's, inchies, reading, and cooking. I do some sewing, but have a hard time squeezing it in with everything else. I have lost my craft room to the granddaughter now so I'm more limited on what I can do. Not as much room to make a mess!

I love the color green, blue, burgundy, brown and purple, but like most all colors. I like the combinations of green & pink, blue & brown, pink & brown and black & white I am not a fan of the pastel colors. I like the darker shades, bright colors and jewel tones.

I love anything someone takes time to put together for me. Its not what you get as much as someone is thinking of you, and took time for you. Here are my likes:

Anything coffee, Chai latte, and fruit tea's (mostly blackberry & peach) but willing to try any. Also hot cocoa's & apple cider.

Favorite season: Fall/Autumn Kitchen is : Grapes/Wine Living Room: Western/Cowboy Office: Old World, Clipper ships, lighthouses

Again I would love just about anything & anything handmade.

I do not do well with perfume (allergic to many)

Knick knacks (collects dust)

Pastel colors except for easter.

I will mail my swaps on time (as I am at the post office quite a bit). If for some reason you have not received your swap please let me know and I will search for it and/or resend if needed.

I will also rate within 3 days of receiving your swap.

I thought since I now do a lot of postcard swaps and collect them I would add this.

I Like most all postcards but my favorites are ones with recipes on them, animals, lighthouses, Barns, Bridges, western, historical of anything, Black & White, & Map cards.

Oh any unusual cards would be great too.
