Welcome to my profile in process :)

My name is Sanne and I'm a 30 year young woman from the Netherlands. I live in the city Nijmegen, the oldest and the most social city in our country.

I graduated in Fine Arts/Photography. For my own art projects I make portraits and books about the personal lives of people who experience stigma. Some because of their psychological diagnosis, some because of their orientation, or a physical illness, to give an example. It is so special to hear and be able to see the life stories of these people and to make something beautiful and valuable from their pain that they experienced. I love to learn from others, and share our thought and dreams. Sharing is such a valuable thing to do! Not only for your happiness but also for your personal development and your health.

So, I love to get to know ( a part ) of you and share some awesome creative stuff!

I love all kinds of DIY / hand&selfmade and crazy stuff. I play in my artjournal allmost everyday, write shorts stories, or work on some DIY's for my house..well..mostly for my cats ( right now I'm building a giant scratching post cactus for them :D )

Some tings about me:

• I'm the weird girl that doens't own a TV.

• I live with 2 black rescue cats. One is limping, the other is blind. The blind cat is called 'Opa' which means 'Grandpa' in Dutch. That is really funny in conversations with others, especially new people. They always look weird at me when I say stuff like 'Grandpa ate a huge spider' , or, 'Grandpa fall asleep on my face'. :P My neighbor thought for months that I was living with my grandfather.

• I only wear black. So my cats fitting my style :P But my house is full of colour!

• I'm a vegetarian since I was 10y.

• I don't like to buy new paper for letter, envies and crafts (except for my homeprinted cards, zines and photography. And a bubble envelope once in a while). I use papers from magazines, books and paperstuff that people trown away. Or junk I get in the mail. I also make the envelopes out of this. I will make sure it will hold the mailtrip and that it look nice; I love to decorate almost everything I send. So feel free to use the same stuff if you send me something:D

• I wanna marry Shrek and have little Oger babies

I love to swap zines, handmade/homeprinted cards, snailmail, selfmade photographs/polaroids, drawings, pocketletters, poems, writings, hopes, dreams and sorrows and stuff you found in weird places; anything creative that tells someting you and what you are thinking off ^^

• red, blue, yellow, purple, black & white

• handwritten letters

• subject like: mental heath, anti-stigma, human rights, philosophy, your view on the world.

• quotes, songlyrics and poems. * just beautiful words.
