I'm Ashley but my friends call me Ash and I am not your average twenty six year old woman. I’m dedicating my life to improving and helping others- staring with obtaining my MPH (Master of Public with a concentration in Behavioral and Community Health.

 Running is a new passion I have thrown myself into. I am a novice and only been running for a few months now.

 I absolutely love cooking and I take cooking classes at Central Market and Sur La Table on occasion. But there is nothing better than a kitchen full of friends, food and wine. Seriously though there is nothing better. I do enjoy going to night clubs sometimes and I am always the young lady you will see on the dance floor. Please note that I make no promises about my dancing skills but I most certainly have a good time. 
 I am a city girl through and through, and yes I do love fashion, not to mention I am obsessed with bright color nail polish, lip gloss, edgy earrings, and fashion magazines. I would love to swap things such as books, CDs, stationary, candy, tea bags, spices and even clothes and shoes! Umm, I love the smell of lavender, jasmine, and eucalyptus spearmint!

like all types of music, as long as it has a good rythmn I am happy.
