I am a mother of two now grown kids. A first time grandmother of IMO - THE best grandson that ever could have been given to me. Married for 23 years in July to my best friend.

I love to camp with my DH and son, go Geocaching, flea marketing, garage sales.

I enjoy painting, sewing and crafting in general.

At the moment, purple is my favorite color.

I enjoy helping my son cook.

I like all kinds of music except for that loud screaming music. I simply cannot handle that.

I really like Celtic and Sounds of Nature music. Soothing sounds.

I am a librarian so I see so many books cross my desk. I think I have to read them ALL!

But, I do enjoy Chick Lit. I enjoy Christian Fiction too. Romantic fiction.

Jodi Picoult is my current author but there are many, many others.

City of Angels. My all time favorite.

I like comedies and thrillers.

I simply do NOT like the gory movies. They make me ill. You know, the ones like Saw. Yuck.

And, classics. Those are always good.

I really don't watch a whole lot of tv but here are a few of the ones I do or did watch.

I paint and create. Create all kinds of things. I really like to do Prim creations. Country creations. I paint with acrylics. Mostly Apple Barrel paints or Folkart. I also enjoy painting ceramics. I used to go to this neat little Clay Cafe type place until it closed down. It was very relaxing to paint the items there.

I like to sew. I enjoy creating things from cloth. I like to play with clay or filo on occasion but don't do it often enough.

Another of my hobbies is photography. I super enjoy it. THAT is my favorite I think.

I think anything can be created with a little hot glue, some glitter a bit of homespun and a touch of patience and a bunch of love.

Crafting is fun. It is always amazing to see what the outcome is after you have worked on something for an hour or even a couple of hours. (sometimes days)
