My husband and I became a Brady Bunch family when our children were all young adults - we have never all lived at home together at the one time. We have seven children and eight grandchildren between us. The grandchildren are all four years old and under.

I live in the beautiful Blue Mountains in NSW Australia which is a World Heritage area.

About 25km away we have a farm and several cows with calves at present. We also have an apiary of 30 bee hives. Just love the honey!!

I teach 6,7 and 8 year old children. Have been teaching for many years and love it. I rarely have time to follow my creative interests because when I'm not teaching I spend all the time I can with my grandchildren.My little 2 yr. 9 month grandson loves trains so I take him for rides on the Sydney trains whenever I can get down to visit.

We have lots of pets -dogs, cats, fish, birds, hens, chickens and two roosters, the cows and frisky calves.

I'd love to get Postcards - any kind at all except advertisements.

Anything to do with trains for my little grandson -he plans to be a train driver when he grows up. He is almost 3 years old now. Of course Thomas the Tank Engine is very special.

I love anything purple.

I like to collect My Child dolls.

I've always loved colourful ribbon and colourful interesting paper.

I enjoy most kinds of music but my favourite is the old Country music. I love the music of John Denver -it always makes me feel great and relaxed when I listen to his songs. I enjoy Alan Jackson and numerous other Country singers. I enjoy classical music and music from the 60s. There is always some kind of music going in the house when I'm home.

I've always loved to use my sewing machine and to knit and crochet but time is a great restriction now.

I enjoy making my own soap from lye, essential oils and perfume.

Any home make soap or recipes would be great to swap or receive.
