I'm 24, and a SAHM with an adoring husband, best four-year-old boy, and cutest 18-month-old daughter. I love all things handmade, from soaps, to clothes, to quilts. I sew cloth diapers, knit, quilt, and am learning to make dolls and natural toys for my kids. I enjoy reading and blogging, and spending time with the hubby and son!

I studied English in college, so I'm a HUGE fan of reading! A religious Jane Austen-ite, I also enjoy the Bronte sisters, Dickens, and Rowling. ;) I'll pick up anything and read it, so if you've got suggestions don't hesitate to send them my way!

My guilty pleasures are Bones, Grey's Anatomy, and Doctor Who (David Tennant is my Doctor!!!).

I'll take on just about anything, but my true love is quilts. I love to see tiny pieces come together to create beautiful masterpieces! I also knit, sew clothes, diapers, diaper bags, various baby items, bags, and have recently ventured into the world of toys with Waldorf dolls and play food. I'm also a spinning fiend, and love trying out different fibers on my spinning wheel and creating gorgeous yarns to knit with.

I'm in love with soft, "beach house" colors (teal, blue, sandy-beige, white, soft brown, coral, etc.). My son, Davy, really enjoys orange. Of course, if he's looking at a train it doesn't matter what color it is, it is his favorite.

And as I've lately found out I'm having a little girl soon, I've suddenly become enamored with pink! :)

I'm a classically trained pianist, so I tend to gravitate towards the classics. I'm also a huge fan of Irish tunes (my sister is a dancer, and we have many an old Irish pub song memorized!), and it's American descendant, Country.

I also have a long list of random songs that have a quick beat that I like jogging to. Any suggestions? I'd be happy to add them to the iPod (right there behind Plain White-T, Muse, Coldplay, Anna Nalick, Collective Soul, Flo Rida, Natasha Bedingfield, and Lady Antabellum)!

My son likes trains. Trains, trains, trains, and trains. He also likes airplanes. And he occasionally picks up blocks, but usually only to build trains with them. He also loves marbles, reading (especially train books) and monsters.

My daughter is in love with horses right now. She also must have a purse, keys, and a doll with her at all times.

My husband knits, and likes scarves in bold colors, Doctor Who, and all things outdoors. He makes penny-alcohol stoves for light-weight backpacking all the time.
