I am an Aussie female. This year I will be turning 50...eek! I used to have penpals when I was in my teens and I remember how excited I would get receiving mail in the letter box. Heard about this website from a youtuber who does penpalling and thought I would give it a go! I'd like to get into the habit of writing more as I used to write quite a lot...thought this would be a fun thing to add to my writing practice. I am also interested in participating in some of the swaps...some sound really interesting :-)

BIG music fan. I like most music except heavy metal and k-pop. Some favourites include Springsteen, Taylor Swift, Coldplay, Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, Colin Hay...way too many to mention and pretty eclectic. I love certain types of music depending on my mood. Sometimes I need chilled acoustic or classic music and other times something to dance around the house to can put me in a great mood. I particularly love listening music in my car or when I am walking.

I LOVE reading! I love psychological thrillers, crime, true crime, some horror and some non fiction - especially if its about creativity or a person or event that interests me. Favourite authors include Stephen King, Fredrik Backman, Agatha Christie, Louise Penny just to name a few.

Is there anything better than a glass of wine, popcorn and a Hitchcock movie? The ones I've watched the most, would be Rear Window, Strangers On a Train, Rebecca and Rope (but I love most of them) I love old black and white movies, some horror and some rom coms, true crime, thriller and disaster movies.
Other favourites include Big Chill, Seven, Jaws and Jane Austin movies based on her novels.

Like watching some Netflix. The last tv series I watched was Afterlife which I really enjoyed (I also loved the music in it) Broadchurch, Poirot, Marple, Vera, Gilmore Girls, Frasier, Friends (which I still find funny) mystery, true crime shows.

I have always loved doing art/craft projects since I was a young child. In 2014, I started doing pocket scrapbooking (Project Life- which really resonated with me) Now I mostly do travelers notebook journals and use photos and other assorted crafty supplies to document and just play with assorted stationary, pens, papers and scrappy products. I really enjoy putting together small writing and ephemera sets for people to use in their craft projects. I'm using up craft supplies that I have collected over the years and love finding things I can re-purpose from Op shops {thrift stores}
