Hi, I'm a weaver who makes tapestry woven images on the loom. I am interested in fibre and sculpture in all forms of art presentation. I weave flax, make paper, draw, paint, etc. Live in New Zealand. Spend half my week at home on a twenty acre ex-dairy farm that is being turned into a permaculture venture, and the other half of my week at my my weaving and art studio in the nearby township of Waiuku, about and hour and a half drive south of Auckland. I like dark humour and interesting people and ideas.

I like street art and simple visual adjustments to the city landscape through temporary adjustment, knit bombing and stencil art are favourites. I am intrigued by overheard conversations and interactions made by fellow huminoids. The warmth of the sun and fire-side activities... especially outside gatherings around primal night bonfires. I like being able to create my artwork in solitude, not having to stop until I feel the urge to do so. However I love collaborated works, fitting the pieces together with other artists and their ideas.
