I manager a hotel in a small mountain town in Colorado. I love to travel and wish I could travel more. So far I have been lucky enough to visit Iceland, England, Belgium (Brugge is my favorite small city in the world), Germany (Ich Liebe Deutchland!), The Netherlands, Mexico and Canada (only B.C. so far). Most of my trips were for a week or two during spring break back in college. I would love to live abroad. My dream is to one day have an acre and a shack on the big island of Hawaii. I love to visit my uncle who lives there and wish I could stay every time. I spent 6 months on a Hospitality internship at Walt Disney Worlds Fort Wilderness Resort. One of the happiest times of my life. I am the proud uncle to 3 nieces and 2 nephews, between 1 and 6 years old.

Likes- Travel, Chocolate, Eating out

Dislikes- Coffee, Tea, Salted black licorice (had some in Iceland, not a fan), Dollar store "chocolate", getting regular old American candies/chocolates from another American in an international swap.

Allergies- I have NO know food allergies. I am a rather adventurous eater, I love trying ethnic restaurants and new food. Send me anything (except coffee, tea or uncooked liqueur [like rum cooked into a cake would be just fine]. This is just personal convictions and preferences, not allergies.) Please no cheap/fake chocolate. I cant stand that stuff. If it looks like chocolate, but says "chocolate flavored" of "chocolaty", please pass. thanks.
