Hey! I'm Mary Rose. I'm 27 and live in a cool old (not haunted, as far as I can tell!) house (built in 1839!) in Pennsylvania with my husband, our roommates, and our pets. :)

I work as a receptionist in an animal hospital! I love it a lot.

I have a bunch of neat pets! There's a weird, shy beagle named Earl, a sweet old cat named Basil, a goofy guinea pig named Chichi, a grumpy old rat named Possum,a geriatric gerbil named LaBeouf, and a cool little betta fish with a really long name.

I'm happy with anything you send me, as long as there's some love put into it!

General likes are: Dogs, feminism, McElroy stuff, tattoos, spooky stuff, yoga, trying to eat healthier, essential oils, libraries, walking around town, trying new food (I really love to eat!), mindfulness/EFT, libraries, & DIY.

I'm always happy to receive tea, any kind is good, but earthy greens are my favorite!

I'm kinda witchy, I like reading/learning Tarot, crystals, and lovingly gazing at the moon!

I'm an avid reader!

I love magical realism, stories about troubled people doing troubled things, and YA

Some of my favorites: The Raven Cycle (really anything by Maggie Stiefvater!), Charlie Higson's The Enemy Series, Lila Bowen's The Shadow series, & True Grit.

I love comics too! Especially: Saga, The Walking Dead, Paper Girls, Harrow County, Rat Queens, Lumberjanes, & Animosity.

My very favorites are: The Office and The Walking Dead.

Other things I like a lot are: Hannibal, The Handmaid's Tale, Terrace House, Rectify, Chewing Gum, The Path, OITNB, Law and Order: SVU, & Broad City.

I watch a lot of Youtube too! Monster Factory and makeup tutorials!

Hooray for movies, the scarier the better!

I like: the Paranormal Activity series, No Country For Old Men, Guardians of The Galaxy, From Dusk Till Dawn, The Thing (1982), True Grit (2010), & It Follows.

Cross stitching is my current favorite! I like hand lettering, weaving, drawing, and zines.

I also like knitting, crocheting, and embroidery, but can really only do the basics!

I play a lot of board games with my roommates and friends! We also have a fun D&D campaign going!

I play video games too, right now I'm mostly playing Overwatch, Skyrim, and hanging out with my ghoul boyfriend Hancock in Fallout 4.
