I'm a new swapper, but am fully obsessed with it. I LOVE getting mail and love getting new scraps from all over the place.

No kids, one spoiled brat of a dog, boy and his cat. I'm newly out of school and working everyday. I'm a librarian, and am really enjoying my work, but the more that I get into crafting (because I have free time again, kind of), the more I just want to be independently wealthy so that I can craft all day. I'm sure that I'm not alone in this...

I mainly quilt and knit, and am primarily on swap-bot for the fabric. I'm starting myself a stash for a charm quilt (hexagons!) and so am looking for a variety of different fabrics. I'm hoping to be really vague about what I want so that I get a wide variety of fabrics.

I'm also on Ravelry (katrina314159), and am meeting all kinds of people swapping and knitting up a storm there.

I'm also hoping at some point in time to learn to felt from roving, and to learn to embroider. My mum has given me an old hoop which is just gathering dust waiting for me to get back to it.

Fabric! 100% cotton quilting fabric, please.

Books. I'm a librarian, and I have a problem with books. This is especially obvious come moving day. :(

Magazines, mainly quilting and knitting magazines. Thankfully my quilting guild lends and I ahve a few friends who pass on magazines regularly, so my fix for new projects is always readily available.

Dogs. Mine is a big spoiled brat, and loves to try new and different treats from around the world.

Jelly beans, gummi bears, anything with that jelly texture, I don't love.

I don't particularly like batiks, but am not opposed to one or two charms of them.

I do re-swap things that I know that I'm not going to use because I cannot throw things out. Please don't be offended, and I won't be offended if you do the same with things I send and you simply will not ever use.

I LOVE me the malabrigo yarn, so if anyone has any of that laying around unwanted...I'm your girl!

Mainly on my wishlist presently: allowance after allowance of 5" charm squares!

Silk, if anyone has any that they would like to get rid of.
