I am outgoing, friendly, and ready for new adventures. I love to dive in the open sea, make art, and often dance like no one is watching!! I enjoy wildlife/all animals very much. Even though most people would not know it, I do enjoy tattoos (I have a few myself...I have a marine/ocean theme going on). I'm also a street art collector (via photos!).

I also love meeting new people, so I am really looking forward to swaps :) I am fluent in both English & Spanish. I am also looking for an artistic outlet.

I'm married, and I have a human son and cat daughter. I'm originally from the US :)

Anything with a good beat. I love latin rock (Cafe Tacuba, La Secta All Star), reggae (Bob Marley and many others), reggaeton (Ivy Queen, Calle 13), though. It's usually what's playing when I am making art ;)

I do like other popular/mainstream music that plays on the radio too :)

Sappy romantic comedies and books on wildlife hit my book spot. Fave book I have read on conservation - Last Chance to See by Douglas Adams. They just released an update last year with a tv series, which was really good also.

I won't admit this to most people, but I really enjoy Nicholas Sparks books. I've read most including his latest one. I am a big fan of the library and read lots of other types of books, but NS books are just a guilty-pleasure...although, I do gag at the tackyness of some of what's in them lol

Documentaries on wildlife, environment, current issues, comedies, and drama. Gotta fit in those romantic comedies too though :)

I really LOVE anything with David Attenborough's voice in it. He mainly does documentaries on wildife and the environment.

• These days, I'm really into lomography and taking pictures with old, vintage cameras. I heart instant pictures too :D

• My second favorite thing ever is knitting (only plant or synthetic yarns as I'm vegan!). I really enjoy knitting for charity.

• I just got my first planner, so I would love things to decorate it with :)

• Cross-stitching, Embroidery

• Craftivism (crafting for good or as gentle activism)

• I mostly love to make sketches and pencil drawings. I also enjoy using watercolors.

• I find that I really like unique photographs made into postcards more than the traditional postcards (city views or city/state/country postcards), but I also like wildlife (plants included) or nature scenes.

• I would love to learn about the unique animals and plants (wildlife) of your country

• Did I mention I love, love, love mermaids? :)

As for jewelry...

• Earrings (I have pierced ears!) out of coconut shell, wood, glass, beads, etc.

• Short, choker-style necklace length.

• Silver-colored metals (meaning no Gold tones as I don't like them)

• I love bracelets (cotton and other plant-materials, wood, silver/silver-toned metals, and other Non-animal materials)

I do NOT like, do NOT want, and am NOT interested in...

• PLEASE NO ADVERTISEMENT CARDS OR BUSINESS STICKERS!!!! It's just not fair to send your junk mail to someone or to promote yourself by sending someone tons of your business cards or stickers with your business name all over it as your swap item. What am I supposed to do with that, especially in a foreign country?!

• Jewelry made out of sparkly stuff, children's beads. Holiday themed jewelry.

• Tacky/cheap souvenier stuff, such as key chains, magnets, flags, dolls...(for example, if it's made in China but sold in your country as something typical, then chances are I would not want it) If it's unique to your country and made by local artisans, then it's OK :)

• Anything with glitter. I HATE glitter. Really! Please don't put it on anything you send me...it will make me sad :(

• Food pictures, food items, or food recipes (unless they are 100% vegan, which means no meat, eggs, dairy, honey, gelatine, lactose, lactic acid, whey, carmine, confectioner's glaze...)

• NO tea or coffee, please!

• Leather, fur (including wool, etc.), real feathers, pearls, or anything else taken from an animal, such as (bone, silk, musk, dairy, egg, gelatin, honey, etc). Please no coral, real sponges, or sea shells (or shell parts) or any animal teeth (ie. shark) UNLESS they were found on the beach by yourself or are actual fossils.

• Body Products/Make-up (unless 100% vegan and not tested on animals)

• Anything having to do with animal cruelty or use (such as bullfighting, fishing, animal farming, hunting, horseback riding, animal racing, animal circuses, zoos...etc.)

• Skulls

• Devil stuff

• Religious stuff (unless it is something based on art, such as a painting by Da Vinci, etc.)

• Disney, Looney Tunes, Moomin

• I'm OK with using recycled items in your work/swap, but please nothing dirty or in bad condition.

Thank you for keeping my "dislikes" list in mind when swapping with me, I appreciate it very much! :) If you do send me something non-vegan, I will feel incredibly guilty as I will have to throw it out, sadly (I live with another vegan so can't gift it forward). I would hate for you to spend money or time on something that I won't be able to enjoy. So again, thank you for understanding! You'll be surprised at how many things are vegan already! If you have questions, just ask :)

I'm mailing from Switzerland. Keep in mind that travel time from Switzerland averages about 2 weeks according to the post mistress here.

Please be patient, but let me know if it has not arrived after a long while (maybe a month?). Know that I LOVE snail mail and would not flake on others, so get in touch if there's an issue...I pledge to contact my swap partner if I have not received their swap before rating a 3 or 1, please do the same for me. I assure you that I have sent.

Also, I take time, care, and effort in making the swap I am sending to you, so please do the same for me. Don't send me something that you would not be super happy to receive yourself.

I will not automatically give you a heart if you put extras in the package. I do appreciate extras very much :) but know that I am giving you a heart based on the hard work, that you put into your wonderful swap or even the fact that you took my listed likes/dislikes into consideration.

If you find that something has come up and you can't spend as much time as you thought you would on a swap, just get in touch and let me know. I would rather you take your time and send me something beautiful and well-made than getting something made in a rush.
