I love to sew, make quilts and buy fabric!!! I am still rather new to sewing but have been very inspired by the online creativity!

I joined swap-bot because I like fabric and wanted to see what others liked and bring more variety to my life as well! I love the idea of being able to swap with people from all over the world. It makes me realize how small the world is.

I am married to a wonderful man and am the mother of 2 beautiful young ones (boy 3 and girl 1) whom I am now staying home with (poor kids). I previously worked as a R&D product manager of a global company.

Oh and due to Flickr and Etsy have realized that I love softies and am trying to make my first few, realizing as well that I need a lot of practice to get to the level of everyone else. I have realized I like to hoard fabric and softies as well.

Sewing quilts, softies, and toddler outfits (on my first one!) and a beginner at crocheting (can do straight lines and pot holders really well!!! haha)

I love books, haven't been reading as often with all the sewing (how people do both I am not sure).

I am a very easy person to please....

I love fabric (mostly cotton and linen) of any print or color except neon and religious. LOVE seasonal fabric, firefighter fabric (own a lot though for a future quilt), Moda, Dewberry, Bailey, Butler, etc....

Other things I like are beads, buttons, ribbons, sewing stuff, thread, yarn, crafting goodies for scrapbooking (trying to learn), bags and softies of any type.

Scented things are fine but not too strong please.

Love sweets, especially chocolate but not too dark (any flavor is great) and candy (except black licorice).
