I'm happiest when I'm spending time with my family and/or reading.

I am a reading addict and now that I've switched from bound books to reading digitally I find I am read so much more than I ever did . :-D

I'm a movie lover.

I LOVE pens! Different styles, color inks, and smooth writing. But I can be fickle so once I fall out of love with a pen(s) I recycle by leaving them at different locations around my work place. People have told me they love finding my pens.

My favorite color is purple.

Every now and again I get the urge to do something creative but since my muse doesn't often collide with my free time, I satisfy my creative needs by appreciating the art of others.

The following are in no particular order; My granddaughter's smile and laugh, watching nature, Fall and Spring, sunny days in the 70's, the cool evening air after a hot sunny day/ the scent of fresh cut grass/wooded areas/pine trees/lavender/ rosemary/dill/freshly washed laundry. Mail art, mosaics, Frida Kahlo, creativity, art in most any form, vivid colors, the love poems of Pablo Neruda, images of butterflies & cute skulls, lip balm, tea, a comfy place to read, and of course, good reading material!
