Hello everyone! I'm Marie, 37, living in California, USA. I'm originally from France, Bordeaux, although I left there when I was 14 years old, so I've been in the States for a while now.

I am a mom of two who constantly crafts and makes things. Lately I've been missing the fun of pen pals and exchanging packages with friends and would like to renew that fun!

I love all things animals, and when I mean all things, I do mean all things... I pick up everything from insects to stray dogs on my daily jaunts, and it's always fun to grab a few photos during those encounters.

I'm a pretty big geek with a love of most comics, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, new Steampunk lover (old Goth), Renaissance Faires, Rockabilly, aka Dress-up excuses, Dr Who, Star Trek, Anime (although I really need to expand on that genre as it's been forever since I've watching anything but Studio Ghibli.), and some Japanese kawaii things.

• Anything Disney, from pins to drawings.

• Yarn (Wool, cotton or silk only. I know... I'm a snob)

• Socks (except for toe socks, I can't handle anything between my toes for some reason!)

• Foxes, anything to do with foxes as that is my mom's animal (She passed away two years ago and since then I've seen foxes in my path everywhere, even in the middle of downtown Los Angeles)

• And anything to do with Manatees as that is one of my favorite animals.

• Original artwork (love to swap drawings and other things like that).

• Paper dolls

• Dolls of any kind.... I love them, BJDs, Pullip... to Animator series of Disney Princesses, Lalaloopsies and Monster Highs... they are all lovely to me. I'm totally open to trades on art dolls I repaint Monster High dolls.

• Stamping items (rubber stamps and ink pads)

• Teas, I love a good cup of tea! And anything related to teas, from diffusers to tea cups.

• Lace and other sewing embellishments.

• Rockabilly Anything

• Dias de Los Muertos/Sugar skulls

• Wooden Cards

• Fabric, Fabric, Fabric... especially Japanese and woodland animals/ kid's fabrics.

• Lavender and Jasmine for scents.

NO, THANK YOU:

• Candles

• Incense

• Sweets (We are a strict no sugar, no gluten, no grain household, so unless you really want to look for something I can eat that has no grains and no sugar in it... sweets are a no go).

• Make-up, I just don't wear any, so while I appreciate it, I won't ever use it. Only exception on this one is nail polish and lip balm as my little one loves those.
