miniquilts

I live in Athens,Maine - right outside of Skowhegan , for anyone that knows maine. I mainly do quilting but also dabble with a bit of crochet and altered crafts and have been known to make a purse or two. I have 2 wonderful dogs, Thunder a 6 month old Mastiff/Rottie mix and Memphis a two year old Rat Terrier. I have a wonderful boyfriend Larry who is the love of my life I am a mom to 4 wonderful children who make me smile everyday :) ** I am open to private swaps just pm me **

I love to quilt , both sane and crazy quilt. I also make purses frome time to time and do a bit of crochet. I am a huge fan of prim stitchery also , I do a bit of redwork from time to time. I really have been itching to try my hand at making some stuffed animals but just haven't gotten up the corage yet.

Likes: fabric - any kind both fancy and cotton, I lost my house 6 months ago and am slowly rebuilding my fabric stash. Beads of any type are always welcome I love laces and ribbons Charms really make me smile I love flowers, any flower but Iris's are my fav :)

I don't really dislike anything, if it comes from a friend it is always welcome :) However i am not a huge fan of pastel or neon colours.

pinkeeps( pincushions),needlebooks, mini quilts ( I have a wall that I am trying to fill ), anything to do with fantasy or dragons, turtles, handmade christmas ornies, elephants( would just love a elephant pincushion , or a pattern to make one!!!)
