I have been married for 45 years to my favorite person in the world. He is truly a gentle giant of a man. We have four children 3 boys 1 girl all in 34 months( the last two came together boy/girl twins. They are very close and are often at the house with their famalies. We have 8 grandchildren 7 boys and one girl she is also the youngest so is just a bit spoiled by all. The families come every other sunday for dinner so we are around the grandkids all the time. We are blessed I do so enjoy being a nana. I am retired now ( since October 2012) after 43 years as a nurse I am enjoying this slower pace and now have time to join in on the fun. Have been in many swaps and have so enjoyed them.I have been away from swap bot for several years..primarily because of health concerns mine and families I am back hopefully welcomed...looking forward to being active once again.

I like historical novels and romance. like books on how to how to knit how to zentangle etc etc.. learning something new is a good thing

I like happy endings . After 15 years working in Hospice I need the happy endings. Although I was blessed to work in Hospice happy endings are a must for my movies.

Love to watch tv filmed in my hometown for some reason it is exciting to see everyday landmarks on tv. so am real fan of Grimm and Leaverage. also of course like medical shows.

I have been crafting all my life had a very crafty Mom. Have dabbled in everything but find that my favorites are Quilting,Scrapbooking,machine embroidery and knitting Am going to add Dotee doll to may favorites crafts it is fun simple and something you can do on the go just sew by hand amazing what personalities they have such fun you almost want people to fill out adoption paperwork for them will add zentangles to my list of favorites fell for this hook line and sinker it fasinates me everyone can do it and the results are fasinating and I find that it does offer some sense of calm one line at a time....

I love getting to know people and sharing my crafts so am really looking forward to swapping....Happy days!!!!!!!!!!!

favorite color is blue favorite vacation site is near the ocean.. I collect frogs and watches I like hard candy but not chocolate I love coffee especially Kona coffee and I love getting mail so miss the handwritten letters of long ago... best vacation I ever took was to Cancun stayed in an all inclusive and everyday was heaven went with coworker and formed a lifetime friendship memories of that trip are priceless... just want to add that I love bracelets but not bangles my hands are to big to fit thru a bangle:( I also have found that Ireally like Dotee dolls they are such fun and have such personalities. Right now my favorite thing to sew is girly girl dresses my one grangddaughter is 8 and likes to dress up.
