Hi All, My name is Rowena. I'm currently living in Malaysia..Born and lived here in this tropical country all my life..I'm not married nor do I have any kids..My family keeps cats but I am allergic to them.. I enjoy traveling physically and mentally through the books I read and also the pen and paper mates I have over the years..

I've been to Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and New Zealand..I would love to make new pen and paper friends with hopes I would be able to drop by for a visit one day ^_^

I'm learning French and Dutch.. Still at the beginners stage..anyone out there willing to write to me so i can practice? It's another way of learning a new language in my opinion..PRACTICE..and I need lots of it.

My free time, if its not spent recovering from a hectic week, I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, reading, chilling out at Starbucks with either a nice hot Caramel Macchiato or a nice cold Caramel Frappuccino on a warm sunny day.. I love anything sugary sweet.. Gummies..lollies.. sour tapes..Turkish delight, licorice, jelly beans, candy canes, Mars bars..the list of candies goes on and on :p

I also enjoy making my own crafts, cards, bookmarks, gift bags and boxes, frames.. I would love to get to know people who would be willing to teach me a new craft..or swap sites that can help ^_^

I am not good at cross stitch or knitting or anything related to sewing. I failed my home economics but excelled in wood shop. If YOU are good at it, feel free to share your handy work with me. I would love to receive anything you stitched :D Hehe..

Malaysia is 12 hours ahead of New York (not including DST) When I press send, It is according to my country time zone and the day I go to the post office (I also do this so that I do not forget I've already sent out my parcel). We do have a lot of public holidays and the postal service do not operate on weekends, so the date stamp may vary. If for any reason I am going to be late for a swap, I will contact my swap partner.
