About Me
Hmmmm...I have no website...sorry folks. But a little bit about me. I am a full time mom of 7 kids. Yes! SEVEN...no mistypes there! They range in age from 18 to 2 years old.
I also work part time. I manage a little gym in my town. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job there. I love being a mom, but my job gives me a little extra to think about(like I need that!) Plus, I get to work out almost every day!
I love to dream about having time to do all the things I love. I love to scrapbook, stamp and sew.
I lost my mom last year, I am an only child so even though I live in a house full of kids, I find myself feeling alone in this world sometimes.
Joining swap bot will be a bit of a diversion for me. Someone else to think about and do something fun for and at the same time I will have something to look forward to in the mail.

Love Dave Matthews, Muse, Bon Jovi, U2....it goes on and on!
Favorite Books
Yes I read TWILIGHT! I loved them. I do not have much time to read. I have read a lot in my past BEFORE the 7 kids, and I loved the oldies, Austen, Bronte, Hugo...etc.
On my word...I forgot to mention how much I love Stacy Julian's photo freedom...I am in the process of converting to her system if I do not have a mental breakdown first!!
Favorite Movies
Who has time for movies. I have had NEW IN TOWN, with Harry Connick Jr., from Netfilx, since last April. I am embarrassed to admit I have still not watched it. ooops!
Favorite Television
Do not have TV...but when I did about 5 years ago...I was a HGTV addict....I LOVED LOVED LOVED HOUSE HUNTERS!
Favorite Crafts
Love to Scrapbook, Sew and Stamp. I love it all. I need another 24 hours in a day to devote to it because my life has no time now :(
I love and have recently started using clear stamps...I love to paper piece with my stamps! I love glitter and glittery chalks and I love :Love LOVE polka dots and all sizes and colors!! I am in love with the dot!
I love to sew..Iove Michael Miller fabrics and I love all fabrics on Allegro fabrics..
I have to say I LOVE a LOT of THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!
Personal Challenges
I am extremely unorganized! I do not mean to be but I am. I am always looking for a new way to finally get my life under control. My latest adventure, I am rethinking scrapbooking and following Stacy Julian's Library of Memories system...WISH ME LUCK!!!
Personal Loss
A year ago my mom passed away. I was her only child. She was my adoptive mom who was my ONLY mom since I was a baby. I loved her so much and I was to tired to drive, 1 1/2 hours, one Sunday afternoon to visit her and she had a massive stroke the following day and although I was there when she was taken of life support...I grieve everyday that I could take that Sunday afternoon drive to see her. Swap-bot is going to be such a wonderful diversion for me...I have a difficult, stressful life and I love the idea of doing something kind for someone else, so I can have a vacation from the sadness that eats away at me.
I feel like...
I feel like my life is like this analogy. Imagine how it looks when you blow bubbles out of a bubble wand. Hundreds of bubbles flying through the air..none of them touching...all flying away and disappearing...
That is me...I am trapped in a bubble and all the things I need to do and WANT to do are in their own bubbles..floating away from me...I can't get to them because I am trapped in my own bubble...I only get to watch them float away and feel helpless...
This is how I feel about the many pressures on me and also why I don't find the time to sit and do the fun and creative stuff I want to do....

I am not crazy about vintage stuff...Ephmera is not my thing. I will not use anything with crosses on it...No skulls either...I think I will just keep a runnning list here :)

Hello I was your Paper Tag swap partner and now I am your "My Swap Bot Profile is a Little Lonely" partner. I see you like to scrapbook and stamp. I am into stamping and other paper crafting. I have been slowly branching out from making cards. I do have several friends that are into scrap booking. Perhaps if I had any children I might, but I only have the two furry animals for now. Seven children...I'm impressed! I can only imagine what your days must be like. You weren't speaking in "tongues" so it must have been a good day. LOL My husband (of 23 years) and I, just had one child. Our 20 yr old daughter i in her 3rd year of college, and lives about a 2 hr drive away. Being permanently disabled and an empty nester leaves me with a lot of time on my hands. I'm an avid reader, love TV & movies, and crafting of all kinds. Scrapbooking and other paper crafts is my favorite pasttime, but I also crochet, cross-stitch and do plastic canvas projects. I am very sorry to hear of the recent passing of your mother. I recently lost my dad, and I know first hand how the loss of a parent can really shake you up. I often find my crafting to be a form of therapy for me, and perhaps you will find that to be the case for you as well. I am glad that we were partnered for this swap, and I hope we shall be for others as well. Should you like to do a private swap I would be available to do, and deadlines would not be an issue. If you ever need someone to talk to, or someone listen, please don' hesitate to contact me. I understand some of what your going through, and a lot of what your feeling.
