I am married to my best friend, we have been married for 6 years, second marriages for both of us. I have two children, my daughter is 30 and my son would be 28. He died 2.5 years ago. I am learning to live through that, it's been very difficult. My husband has one daughter that I consider mine also. I am a grandma of 3, one girl who is 9 and two boys who are 8 and 3. They boys live in Arizona with my husbands daughter, and we live in Minnesota, so don't get to see them in person hardly ever. Have only seen the youngest once. I love to craft, tons of different crafts. There are not enough hours in the day for what I want to do. I work at the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, MN. My favorite colors are purple, blue, and turquoise. I ride a Harley Davidson Fatboy that is painted in those colors. We have a VERY large American Bulldog who's name is Gator and a parrot who is named Darby.

I love music, most types, although I have to admit that rap usually is not for me. I love country and oldies the most.

Reading is not just an interest, but a necessity. Again I have a variety of interests. I love to use my nook to read, oh and my smartphone. They both have books on them and I read them whenever I have the time. Quilting magazines are a passion and I have a huge collection of them. If I don't know how to do something, I get a book to learn. I love learning new things. Also just love reading for enjoyment.

I am not much of a television watcher. I would rather be doing one of my crafts.

Favorite? Well that would have to be quilting! I am continually working on several quilts at one time. My husband finished the attic of our 1890 house just for my quilting. I do all of my own quilting on my sewing machine, it has an 11 inch bed for just that reason. My grandaughter (who is 9) has just started sewing with me, she loves it too, so must be in the genes. haha I also love to machine embroider, often I have both machines running at the same time. Other than that I do polymer clay, beading, scrapbooking, ATC cards, chain maille, pergamano, crochet, cross stitch....did I forget any haha. As you can see I am kind of a craft addict.

I love fabric! 100% cotton that I can use for my quilting. rainbow anything. civil war fabrics, 5 " squares are always welcome. papers for scrapbooking, stickers or anything to make ATC's. Snowmen any and all. Anything with a Harley Davidson theme. Native American anything(my husband is native) Birds, I have one parrot that I love very much and have had many others in my life. seed beads would be lovely, or really any other kinds of beads, or buttons, charms.I also love snowmen! any and all types, ATC's, fabric, stickers ect. I will add more as I think of them. I am very easy to please. Hope this helps.

I don't care for kiddy stuff. I don't have any young kids anymore. And I don't care for the color yellow. For right now that's all I can think of.
