I am an avid knitter, crocheter, spinner and weaver and love all things fibery. I especially enjoy working with wool and other natural fibers and I especially love to knit socks and lace. I used to quilt quite a lot, but now only sew occasionally, but am starting to get back into it. I love making things for people and very rarely keep anything for myself.

My favorite colors are green, purple, raspberry and medium blue.

My favorite candy is milk chocolate and Ovaltinies. I also like Malteasers, Revels and Nonstops. Other favorites are Jelly Bellys, Good & Plenty and Necco wafers.

I like birds, butterflies, frogs and sheep.

I also like stickers with pretty flowers or victorian themes, animals, butterflies or gardening and holiday themed ones.

I have two little dogs, a maltese named Tiffany who is eight years old and a peek-a-poo named Mandie who is sixteen. Tiffany is the pup in my avatar.

I enjoy a wide range of music including Ingrid Michaelson, Kacey Chambers, Dan Fogelberg, the BeeGees, Janis Ian, celtic music and practically any country artist out there!

I really like listening to books on CD or on podcasts (so I can knit or weave while listening). I just listened to The Host by Stephanie Meyer (on CD) and A Tale Of Two Cities on CraftLit (podcast). I love knitting books and journals of all kinds.

I have watched my Lord of the Rings DVD's so many times that I've about worn them out! I also like The Pirates of the Caribbean series and Chocolat and Sweeney Todd (see a Johnny Depp theme appearing here?!? LOL!)

I also like watching WWII movies and all of Shirley Temple's movies.

My favorite television shows are Grey's Anatomy, Heroes and Gilmore Girls.

My favorite craft is knitting and I knit socks, lace, bags and clothing items. I am a real "gadget" person, so I love all the little accessories that go along with knitting, crochet, spinning and weaving.

Since I love all things fiber, I like to collect stuff with sheep on it or sheep figurines or stuffed items.

I love office supplies, especially sticky notes, pens, mechanical pencils, paper clips and staplers. Pretty much anything from an office supply store. I do not like gel pens!!! I do like colored ink and those little mini pens and Sharpies.

I also like blank note cards of all types and sizes and am also looking for cute stickers.

I drink both loose and bagged tea. I like white and green tea. I don't drink black teas. My favorite flavors are peppermint, chamomile, black current and the different vanilla and orange flavors. I don't like flowery or spicy teas.

I like all types of coffee and even use the "coffee bags" in a pinch. I don't usually drink decaf. Hazelnut is my favorite coffee flavor.

I LOVE Milo drink mix by Nestle. It is my absolute favorite!!!!!

I also like hot chocolates of all types as long as they are not "diet" drinks.

I don't like artificial sweeteners at all and never eat or drink anything with aspartame or splenda type sweeteners.

I don't like gel pens.

I don't drink black teas.

I don't celebrate or decorate for Halloween.

I don't like the color orange.

I don't like anything that has glitter on it.

• I collect "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" items.
