April 11th, 2010 UPDATE: I haven't been on much lately due to the fact that I did finally get my job back at the salon, so I've been super swamped with work and school, but at least I'm finally making a little money now, but I'm on super-light duty so no more cash tips for me for now. I'm wrapping up all my swaps very very soon, and then I'm off of here for a while, just to be able to recover from everything. March 26th, 2010 UPDATE: To anyone that I owe swaps to, they are either in the mail or I'm just waiting to get a little extra cash to ship them out. I am not flaking on anyone. To clear things up, all the swaps I joined, I joined them before I got laid off from work. I'm not gonna go into detail but, yes, I got laid off while on Worker's Comp., not very fair. I'm sorry if I have pissed anyone off momentarily, but relax, you'll get your swaps, I can promise you that. Also, I'm almost done with my current swaps and I will be going on Hiatus after that. Since I've injured my back, I've had to hire an attorney, and I haven't been able to work for the last 3 months, and now any bit of money I receive (which isn't much), has to go to everyday and schooling expenses. I'm thoroughly depressed about this. I'm trying to get unemployment and some kind of comp. money, but I haven't received a dime, so far. I've been running behind on swaps now, because of this and I don't like to make my partners wait. Everytime I go to Walmart or Target, I instantly head for the toy department to see what I can get for my Blythe's Doll House. I believe there is nothing wrong with that though.

I'm 30 years young and My Birthday is in October, so, naturally, I love Halloween, especially Vintage and Victorian Era. My Style is eclectic, I love anything Retro/Vintage/Pin-Up. I live in sunny ol' Florida and have been here my whole life. About 10 years ago, I decided that I could no longer stand the taste of meat or the thought of animals being abused or killed, and became Vegetarian. It's been a rough journey, because everywhere I go to eat, a lot of places do not cater to Vegetarians. Even when I go to others homes, they do not make ANYTHING meatless, mainly, because in Florida, we are still in the South, and Southern food is heavy in meat based dishes, even the vegetables!!!! Me and my fiance' met about 10 years ago, and didn't start dating until 6 years ago. Neither one of us has children, so, hopefully, we will try in a couple of years, if not soon after the wedding. I've been a Hair Stylist now for almost 3 years and I've always been a Craftster since I can remember. I love to make Adult Hair bows (not naughty, if that's what you're thinking, LOL), because I like to dress in theme and I always like to stand out in the crowds and be cute. I have always loved Hello Kitty since I was a little girl, and anything Kawaii . I LOVE animals (esp. bunnies and Thumper!)

My Favorite Colors are Black, Fuschia, Pink, and Lime Green. Vintage kitschy figurines and Anthropomorphic objects, I absolutely adore, there's nothing like that retro look. It reminds me of being a kid again, and I love to reminisce about my Childhood.

Comic Books are a big part of my fiance's life, and he really got me into it more than I already was. Catwoman has always been my favorite, then came along Joker's little girlfriend, Harley Quinn, so now I'm a huge fan of both. Joker is awesome as well, I think he's a snappy dresser! I am totally into Nerdy things!!!!!

I have 8 cats (our 7th one, Bonnie, just recently passed away). Their names are, Dash, Missy, Peta (stands for Pain in the Ass), Felix, Clyde (Bonnie was Clyde's blood sister, they came to us as a package deal), Casper, Harvey, and Aura. I also have 3 dogs, 2 are blood sisters (another package deal!), they are Red-nose Pit Bulls, and their names are Luna and Lotus, and then there's our little redhead Chihuahua, Ginger, and she's very sassy!!!! Wait!!! There's more! We also have an African Grey Parrot named Casey, a mud turtle named Gamera, and a Betta fish, and I've been calling him Ponyo lately (R.I.P.). We also feed and care for the feral (born in the wild) cats that live in the neighborhood, so that's about 15 or 16 cats, but they are wonderful!!! 2 of them even come up to us and let us pet them.Oh yeah!!! I almost forgot!!!! We have a racoon that lives in the backyard that comes up and eats the cat food, his name is Rocky. I did have a bunny named Spooky, but he passed away about 3 years ago. He was my baby. We also used to have a hamster named Sunny, and another Chihuahua named Nigil. He was my first puppy ever, but he was very old. Poor babies. So, yeah, you could say that I'm definitely an animal lover. I would LOVE to have my own little farm in the country someday, so I can have bunnies, chickens, piggies, alpackas, anything, except snakes.....Ew, they scare me to death!!!!

That's a good one. I'm like the only person I know that really doesn't read. It's not that I don't want to, it's just that there are so many books with never-ending interests, that I have no idea where and what with to start. I do love the idea of being in love with books though, like on InkHeart, I totally envy that obsession. However, I am in love with Comic Books....mainly Girly ones.

If I had to choose, it would be the Bible and Fables and Greek Mythology, Wicked, Scary Stories:The Complete 3-Book Collection, Where the Sidewalk ends, Peter Rabbit, The Velveteen Rabbit, Edgar Allan Poe

I know that most people are posting things about their children and their like/dislikes, so I thought, well I am trying to Collect stuff for my Blythe Dolls, so I might as well post what they're personalities are that I gave them (call me weird, I don't mind : D)

~RUBY: Ruby is my first Blythe Doll.She is a Rosie Red Encore. When I received her, she had no stock makeup on, so I customized her to look very Retro-Chic. I decided that the Retro thing would be her style. Ruby's Bedroom is a Color Combo of Rusty Orange and Fuschia. She also likes anything that looks like it came from the 60's and 70's. Green and Burnt Oranges are great, Dark Browns, and Wood. She is a very Girlie Girl and has a hint of Romanticism as well.

~Pristine (AKA Precocious Candy's Mushroom): Pristine is my 2nd Blythe Doll. I named her Pristine, mainly because I knew when I bought her, that I'd probably never customizing her, therefor, staying in Pristine condition. Since she is an original PCM, I decided that her theme will be Mushrooms. I haven't given her a bedroom yet, but, I plan on making it a Forest-themed room with Turquoise and Pinks for the Colors (they look great with her flaming red hair). She loves forest animals as well, but Deer and Fawns are her favorite.

~Moxie: Moxie is the last Blythe I have purchased, mainly because they are so expensive!!! Moxie is a Milky Way Sugar. I bought her because she was on the cheaper side and I had envisioned a custom doll as a Punk/Goth girl and when I received her, I thought she was perfect. I am still in the process of customizing her, but, she's a wild one already. She does not have a bedroom yet either, (I'm working on it), but I'd like to collect Skull stuff, Bright Colors (think Rainbow Brite, but Goth).
