I'm lucky enough to be a stay at home housewife. I get a chance to do all the things I love including dollmaking and quilting. My new venture is jewelry making. I feel the best when I'm working on something. When I do sit still I love to read and I mean anything! I read cookbooks, craft books, fiction, mystery, dictionaries, you name it!

LOVE the color pink! Like to spend time alone. Baking and cooking. I love to wear aprons, the old fashioned full kind. I love to bake, especially I'm known for my cheesecakes. I've entered contests but have'nt won yet. My kitchen is red but I love the color pink so much that my husband has bought me a Pink kitchenAid and pink pots and pans! I also have some pink kitchen gadgets so it might be time to change to an all pink kitchen. I like going to Craft shows. I like the style of country,antiques,old wood the stuff that says "comfort". Rummage sales. Collecting recipes. My Daughter and granddaughters who are 4 1/2 and 2 1/2 . Girly Girl stickers, Barbie, Fairies, Mermaids. My cluttered mess craft room . Spring and summer. Old movies. Road trips within the state. Finding treasures. Recycling.

I was born and raised in the "Motown Music" era. Fabric Fabric and more Fabric!!

I have always loved making dolls. Especially the primitive ones. Now that I have granddaughters I've gotten into the more Raggedy kinds. I also Quilt and because of my grandaughters I am also starting to make them clothes. When it comes to fabric I pretty much love anything! My new venture is jewelry making. My sister and I love to thrift store shop so we are now making jewelry using recycled items. But I think sewing will always be my #1 passion.
