I love all things kawaii, vintage, retro, kitschy, girly, gothy, and Victorian. I collect old tea tins, stationary, stickers, yarn, beads, vinyl toys, pop art, retro robots, mid century modern anything, and Blythe dolls.

I work as a metadata librarian and historian in a university archive and love my job. Naturally I enjoy describing and organizing and love manuscripts and photographs.

I live with my cat, Spooky Mulder, in a 1910 apartment. It has a lot of vintage charm and I've decorated it with mid century modern furniture.

My favorite genres are new wave, goth synth pop, and dance pop.

Favorite of all time: World According to Garp by John Irving. Everyone should be required to read it! It was the book that made me realize how amazing literature could be. Also that no matter how much I tried, I would never ever be able to write a book like that.
