I'm a wife, mother, and part-time nurse. I've been happily married for 12 going on 13 years. My son is 9 years old and is my life. When I'm not working I keep pretty busy with my son and his activities (karate and Boy Scouts). I love spending time with my husband and son.

Things we enjoy to do as a family are camping, fishing, swimming, watching movies, and grilling.

When I do get a chance to have "Me Time" I love to shop, preferably alone. I don't like to feel rushed so I think that is why I like to shop alone. I enjoy purchasing shoes (mostly athletic and casual type shoes) and purses.

While I do like to shop I do like to get great deals and save money when I can. I enjoy visiting thrift stores as their inventory is always changing and you never know what you may find.

Craft stores are another favorite of mine. Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Joannn's. Other fave stores: The Container Store, Big Lots, Target

Hobbies I enjoy are scrapbooking, organizing (anything and everything), and now I'm getting into card making.

My favorite color is purple.

I do also like combination of purple and gray.

Other colors I also like are pink and aqua.

Not really into stickers.

I don't like character stickers (such as Hello Kitty, Disney, etc.) or any kiddie type stickers.

I don't like reward type school stickers or puffy stickers. (ex: small happy face or gold stars etc.)

I do use avery color coding labels in my planner in various sizes.

I also like the tiny dot labels for my planner.

I do like page flags.

My son counted my washi and i didn't realize it but I currently own about 126 rolls of washi. So you could say washi is another favorite of mine, my collection is always growing. I do own the Jonathan Adler washi collections (big splurge for me couldn't resist). I have a lot of the Scotch brand washi 20+. I also have the washi that came with the wrmk washi holder that was sold at Costco. I'm interested in other brands. I do not like the Dollar Tree brand bought several that I ended up giving away.

My favorite post it notes are the full adhesive type.

My favorite pens are papermate inkjoy, sharpie pens, papermate liquid flair pens. I prefer black ink.

Pens I own include papermate inkjoy 700, sharpie pens, Micorn Pigma, papermate flair pens.

II do stamp in my planner occasionally. I own the studiol2e plan it set and a few others from CTMH. Still growing my stamp collection.

I don't use highlighters so I would say I dislike them. I do own a few but just don't use them.

I don't like the Le Pen brand pens they were just too fine for me and seemed to delicate.

Our family began raising animals about 1 year ago. We started with raising hens for fresh eggs. We now have a horse, 2 nigerian dwarf goats, quails, 8 ducks, a rabbit name Patricia, and a dog (cocker spaniel). Our dog has actually been part of our family for as long as my husband and I have been married.

We also enjoy gardening. Last spring was our first time having a vegetable garden. While we learned a lot from last year I'm sure we still have much to learn about gardening. It was really rewarding when our garden actually began to bare vegetables that we could eat. Definitely, looking forward to next spring.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. I tried to be very thourough but I appreciate anything sent. I find that if I am not able to use an item my niece loves when I share my stash with her. She is 11 and is an addict like myself. It's funny because her mom is not really like us at all. I have not given up on converting her though. :-)

I just received a pocket apex and would like FF plastic credit card holders, open top envelopes, or pocket ziplock envelope. I wouldn't mind if they were used as long as they were still in good condition.

I just converted over to digital scrapbooking about 1 month ago. This is all new to me so I'm learning slowly. Trying to figure out how to use Photoshop Elements 12.
