Hi, I'm Tara. I'm married and I have a 2 year old daughter. We live in an old house on a quiet street with our enormous beast of a dog and 3 crazy cats. Viviendo la buena vista.

I love color, pretty vintage things, neat modern things, paper arts, fiber arts, folk art, all arts, birds, fabric, npr, vintage sesame street, gnomes, trees, fantasy, reality, shadow boxes, national parks, farmer's markets, baking, chocolate (milks and whites, not darks and bitters), anything and everything green. I'm a liberal agnostic feminist vegetarian (no meat, no fish, no sneaky gelatin).

i mainly work with fiber - needle and wet felting (will someday learn to spin, can't knit anything but a scarf). sometimes i play with polymer clay. love fabric and funky buttons, despite not being able to sew. handmade stuffed toys are so sweet. handmade anything is sweet, really.
