Of course I'm happy to rerate if it's received...1/10/17 update to your comment: trend seems to be on your postal system end not ours(: does your post office offer package tracking like ours? If so I suggest using it-it can be very useful. 2/22/17 UPDATE: This envelope did finally arrive. Postmark was extremely late hence the 3 but all required items were enclosed. Thanks
