Comment: For being so close to me, location-wise, I should have received your swap before my other two partners and yours was the last to come in. Send by date was March 18, and this was postmarked March 31. While I like what you sent, I am rating a 3 purely due to lateness. Contact your partners if you ever need to send late for any reason! I have learned in my time here that people are understanding if you get in contact with them at the onset of a late issue. On a side note, the envelope and everything in it smells horribly of cigarette smoke! Most people find this to be a HUGE issue.
