Hello everyone! I am new to this site myself too! I am interested joining this swap. I love getting snail mail letters in the mail box! :-D

Ok This isn't my swap but with all the same questions this is what happens. One day after the LAST DAY TO SIGN UP which would be the 14th the person who wrote the swap checks profiles if she hasn't already done it and then she clicks a link and Swap-Bot assigns partners ramdomly. You will see a yellow box after that is done where you click SEE THE PARTNER YOU SEND TO. then you see your partners name and address and you have until the DATE ITEMS MUST BE SENT DATE this swap will be the 20th. But my advise is you should send as soon as you can, espically if you have an international partner as the mail is slow. After sending in the same yellow box it says CLICK WHEN YOU SEND so click and then click yes. Click aound in that yellow box and learn what it there if you are a newbie. Have Fun Any other questions can be directed to the co-ordinator who actually in the rules has 7 days to assign partners but most do right away. She will have the answers to your swap question. Have fun!

I cant wait to swap. I remember when I was a kid, I had a few pen pals. It was so much receiving a surprise letter in the mail with photos and little gifts. It would be interesting to see where it might lead to. :)

THe last day to sign up originally was the 11th. I hope it doesn't change again. My letter's ready to be sent out now!!

I haven't started mine yet - I will wait until I know who I am writing to, so I can tailor the letter for him/her.

I can't believe that the person that created this swap was my partner and never sent anything to me :( I am very discouraged that I got a flaker as my partner..........
