Because we are all a little Irish. Okay here are the rules: You will send one person 4 items. Although they do not have to be Irish, st. paddys, they do have to be green in some way. As in the color... One item must be handmade, that means you can knit it, craft it, paint it, or cook it or whatever you consider handmade!
