For this simple postcard swap, you will send one PC to ONE partner. The postcard will have a flag on it, of a country, province, state or region. Let's show some colours! Newbies are welcome, with at least a profile. Ratings must be no less than 4.95 with no 1's or 3's in the last 3 months. Nobody like's a flaker!
