Description:
You will create an original ATC with stars and a postage stamp! Stars can be many things to many people. Make your ATC a nice combination of stars with a postage stamp incorporated into the miniature piece of art! Usual size prevails ~ 3 1/2 inches x 2 1/2 inches. Sturdy backing and don't forget to sign and date your ATC. Send it in a protective sleeve/envie as well. Ratings: 4.95 and up, with newbies having at least 3 sent and rated TYPE 3 swaps on their profile.

@luvtokraft Yes, using stars or any kind (rubber stamped, small sparkley stickers...) and a postage stamp as part of the ATC....
