Create a HEART ATC

I usually do decorated envies but I am broadening my horizons in 2013. :)

For this swap you will have 2 partners and you will create 1 ATC with a heart theme for each partner.

ATC's must measure 2.5" x 3.5".

Placing the ATC in a plastic slip cover is nice but not necessary.

You are the artist but create something that someone would be happy to receive.

I will not angel so please only sign up if you can commit to doing the swap. You can make the ATCs right after you sign up so they are done and just waiting for your partners name to go on the envelope!
