I was looking up my partners likes and saw one of them is suspended with a bunch of 1 ratings, I emailed Rachel with my irritation of sending to someone who is obviously going to flake. She wrote this- "I totally understand your concerns and I agree that you should NOT send to basilikum83. She will remain suspended indefinitely and while suspended she cannot leave 1 or 3 ratings for her partners. You can go ahead and mark the swap as sent. You tried your best to send, but your partner is not worthy of receiving a swap. You could contact the host and see if you can angel the swap for someone who does not end up receiving something…" So whoever else is supposed to send to her I hope you see this, also I will be contacting provadia to angel one of basilikum83's partners, I'm sure you won't be getting anything from her otherwise.
