Here is another newbie email survey swap! The first one turned out pretty well. Thanks to everyone who participated in the first one. :)

• Veteran members with any rating are also welcome. I think it's a good idea to let those with poor ratings try to redeem themselves.
• Hopefully no one flakes, but if they do, I can angel this swap.
