Description:
Send 1 Starter Set to 1 Partner that features a Theme. Create a set of Starter Jams with a background and an image that is a inspires a specific theme. The theme is Sender's Choice, but your partner must be able to understand what theme it is and be able to add to it. Once you have received your Themed Starter Set you will rate your partner for sending, add your touches keeping with the Theme and then send them out to someone on the Current Address List for them to complete. So we just send an ATC with a background and a couple of things on it to convey our theme?
