Scrap Attack ATC

I don't know about you, but when I'm working on my art I always seem to end up with small bits of paper, little bits of ribbon, the random couple of seed beads, etc that are to small to send on to someone else as an extra, but I just hate to throw them away because I know that they can still be used.

Your challenge is to create a well designed and interesting ATC using primarily scraps and leftovers for two different partners. You may use any technique or combination of techniques you like, and the theme/design are totally senders choice. Strive for at least 85% use of scraps in your creations.
