Name should say it all! It's been a while since I've done a Whimsey Jar swap, and since I love Haloween, I thought, why not combine the two??? :-) General info: minimum of an 8 oz. (clean--obviously!) Jar (may be plastic or glass). The lid must be decorated. Decorating the jar is optional. Fill with Haloween related items. Please keep candy/food items to a minimum. (No more than 3 pcs. unless partner is ok with more). 1 partner each. USA only. No newbies for this one. Experienced swappers with a 4.9+ rating. No 1's and no recent 3's (last 6 months).
