This is my first time hosting a swap and I've been thinking about this one since I joined not too long ago. Everyone has had an issue with a bully or been called names. An unkind word can stay with you for years. lets get rid of it- here is what you do.. grab a postcard, any postcard, just not garbage. It can be handmade, store bought or whatever. write those unkind words on that postcard and get rid of it. in additioin to the unkind things that were said to you- include a kind sentiment to the person you are sending the postcard to. once you send this off discard the hurtful words and know that you are not what someone else says you are!! newbies are welcome to join as I'm still pretty new myself.
