Polka Dotted Background Starter Set

Create 1 set of Starter Jams (3 ATCs) with polka dot background paper.

Please remember to use a sturdy background on your ATC's so they will resist bending.

Once you have received your starter set you will rate your partner for sending, then add your touches to the cards. Next, send them out to someone on the Current Address List for them to complete.

**Please note: The person who completes the Jam will not be rated. If you have questions about how Jams work refer to the Group Homepage for guidelines around how Jams work.
