Heart Themed Mini Cross Stitch Swap

Hello Happy Stitchers! The holidays are over and I have promised myself I will spend more time on my favorite hobby, cross stitching! Unfortunately, I don’t always have the time and space to attend to my larger projects, that’s why I LOVE mini projects. I have a small case that I keep in my bag that holds a mini project (usually the $1 ones you can find at A.C. Moore & Walmart) and the supplies I need to work it at given time (e.g. waiting rooms, stuck in traffic (husband driving), lunch break at work (when I get one), etc.).

So here's the deal for this swap:

We are going to create for our partner a Heart themed mini cross stitch piece in celebration of everything we love in our lives. Minimum size should be about 30x30, but it doesn’t have to be square shaped.

There are loads of free patterns online for hearts, or use a kit, or create your own pattern.

Finishing is optional. This does not have to be a finished project but if you do not finish the project then, threads should be worked in and trimmed and leave at least a 1/2 inch margin from stitching to the edge. To complete this swap and earn a 5, all you have to do is complete the project and mail it by deadline. If you finish the piece before sending it that should totally earn a heart!
