Western Theme ATC--Hee Haw!

Let's make a western themed ATC for our partner.

The technique will be collage. A collage may include ribbons, paint, bits of colored or handmade papers, portions of other artwork or texts, photographs and other found objects, jewels, charms, all glued to a piece of paper or canvas.

Your atc must have a cowboy boot somehwere on it.

No cartoon content.

Please make something nice for your partner. Must be mounted on sturdy backing and inserted in a protective plastic sleeve.

Postage rates are going up on the 26th of the month, so please make sure you put the correct postage on your envelope before sending.
