You have 2 partners for this swap. Send them 3 different menus. Different means not from the same restaurant, and not from the same type of restaurant. An example is sending a menu from a Chinese restaurant, a pizza restaurant and an Indian restaurant. You can fold them if you need to.

As it's a simple postage swap, newbies are welcome. There is no minimum rating but I will be keeping an eye out for questionable swappers. No 1s within the last 3 months, and no 3s within the last 6 months.
