It is said taking 10000 steps a day improves your health. I'm no expert in this and I also find websites telling this is not true. But moving doesn't harm our health and walking is an exercise almost all people can do.

Last week we monitored the number of steps we take in our daily routine. This week we take 500 extra steps a day! Good luck all! Message your partner about your experience.
