Layered Stamping Card

There are so many awesome stamps sets that use more than one stamp per image to show shading or detail. Many flower sets come with detail stamps for center of the flower, veins for the leaves etc. I have an ocean set by Hero Arts that adds shading and details to star fish or jelly fish. Altenew, Papertrey Ink and WPlus9 all have many layering sets.

Please use a set like this to make a general purpose card for your partner. No sentiment or hello, thinking of you, miss you, thank you or similar are all fine. If you don't have a set like this, you may add details or shading with markers or pencil crayons. But I highly recommend you invest in at least a few of these super fun stamp sets!!

Keep in mind the Somerset style when creating. Use lots of (minimum 5) luscious embellies and layers to make this lovely! If your card is a Larger or smaller than 4.25 x 5.5", please include an envelope. It isn't required but feel free to add your name or a 'handstamped by' image on the back.

*please use quality supplies, no teacher/reward stickers, pixelated computer printouts or magazine pages (unless significantly altered).

*make something lovely you'd be proud to receive and wish you could keep for yourself!

*this is sender's choice but please respect your partner's dislikes for instance, don't add bugs if they hate them.

*please have no recents 3s or any 1s without a good explanation in the comments of that swap or send me a note first.

*Please consider hearts for your partner if they made a really nice Card. Extras are not the only reason to give hearts.
