Description:

I Love to read, I don't need an excuse to read, but if I have one so much the better:) I just got a wonderful calendar from my local library, it has a challenge for 2017. I has a list of different books to read, not the titles but the types of book for each challenge. I want to do this so I figured some would like to join me and it also would give me an added incentive. Some are easy and I have already done them but I will try do one each month. I will give a month's time between sign up and completion as to allow you to find the correct book as some will be more difficult than others. This will be an electronic swap. You will read the correct book, then e-mail or PM your partner, state the author, title and a brief summary of the book and if you liked it or not. It doesn't have to be long. If you had trouble finding it and didn't finish the book that is fine, just send the info and your impressions so far. This is an easy swap open to everyone but please no flakers! Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Happy Reading! This month's challenge will be : Read a book that you were supposed to read in school but didn't . Now you may remember a book but if you don't you can do a search for school reading lists. However you can't read any books from current reading lists. In other words (not t0 give away my age but I would have to read a book that was around between1966-1970 I'm thinking high school years because that was when my school gave reading lists) so it has to be from the time you were in school. You can read any genre, except of course cookbooks, LOL! Any questions please pm me or post here. Please if you have friends that would like this swap feel free to tell them!

Dang. Chaucer's Canterbury Tales. I remember why I avoided it. Well, I am pulling up my big grrrl panties and giving it a go.
