A 0.0 rating requirement? So even flakers can join?

0.0 is not necessarely a flaker...Everybody has to start somewhere ! :)

There's a option for the host to select when setting up a swap, that allows unrated swappers. That's different from a 0.0 rating requirement.

@Hugsie86 did you mean to do that? I don't feel like you did since you've been swapping for awhile but it's the first or second one you've hosted and you might not have seen the little button underneath that says "Allow unrated swappers". You're probably going to have a lot of flakers.

Sorry, but I had to drop this swap after seeing you have two notorious flakers signed up (14 1's between them) and a third person with a ton of missing ratings. (who is probably going to have a pile of 1's soon) Too too risky.

Sorry to see that some of you will be dropping this swap. I was planning on going through the list of members before assigning and banning those that didn't feel right. I might be new to Swapbot, but I am not new to swapping. Been organizing swaps for almost two years now on Facebook groups. I recently started on Swapbot and felt irritated that most swaps banned unrated members when I first joined. I want to give the chance to everyone to join. If your partner flakes, please let me know and we will see what we can do about the situation (aka, I can "angel" if truly necessary).

Okay, I have gone through the list and banned those I felt might be flight risks, but I did not ban everyone. I think someone to 200+ 5s and a few 3s and 1s that happened many years ago don't pose much of a threat. I hope you all feel safer with this swap now.

Well if they got the 5's for e-swaps and the lower rating for type 2 and 3 swaps I would be concerned. A lot of fakers boost their ratings doing type 1 swaps than go on to flake on more expensive or time consuming swaps.

Partners have been assigned. Participants have all been checked out... TWICE! I have checked every single 1s and 3s and checked the number of Type 2 and Type 3 swaps versus Type 1s, even before I saw your comment starhiker. I still stand by what I said and I hope, for everyone involved in this swap, that everything goes smoothly.
