BEFORE WE BEGIN THIS SWAP WILL TAKE EXACTLY ONE YEAR TO COMPLETE

- Please take your time and enjoy answering you questions and decorating your pages, even if its your own folder make sure your partner would love to receive what you are sending.

- If you don't want to be a part of this swap for 1 YEAR 12 rounds

- If you are not willing to commit to spending ** $20 + ** in postage by the time it is all over.

*- If a year is too long to wait to finish a swap & get your 365 Questions Returned.

I'm sorry to be blunt, but I also want to be honest, and up-front to protect the swappers who do decide to participate.

HOW THIS WORKS FOR FIRST ROUNDERS

1. If this is your first round: Find a 3 Prong Soft Folder it can have inside pockets. ((See Swap Image for more deets))

2. On the inside of the back pocket cover add an index card with the info: YOUR SWAP NAME & ADDRESS (I used clear packing tape over mine to make sure it would stick good)

3. You will answer the questions for the month of JUNE (BELOW), MAKE SURE YOU ADD THE QUESTIONS ALONG WITH YOUR ANSWERS.

4. Make sure your pages are decorative.

5. Add your “ANSWER PAGES” to your journal and voila you are finished.

That’s it: Send it off to your partner on or before the send date. WITH TRACKING NUMBER

FUTURE ROUNDS

1. Add your pages with current months questions and answers, make sure to decorate them.

2. Add your pages behind the swapper before you, so it goes in correct round robin order as I will be tracking all of your folders.

HOW TO RATE SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONFUSION, THIS IS MANDATORY.

1. All questions and answer pages must be neatly hand written and decorated.

2. All 365 Question Folders must have Swappers Name and Address added to the clear pocket on the inside back cover folder.

3. Post on or before the send date WITH TRACKING NUMBER No late swaps & if you are please contact your partner

Swapping late and not contacting your partners not only slows the next round up but also worries your swap partners who have signed up for the next round

1. Mailing, please DO NOT POST AS MEDIA MAIL, it causes issues, your swap being sent back or your partner having to pay for your swap due sending wrong.

If the above 5 points have been sent to you correctly mark a 5. If 365 Question Folder does not follow guidelines or arrives late mark a 3. If you receive nothing rate a 1 and let me know because I track the travels of all our folders and who they are with at current standings.

Please follow these steps:

1. Answer the questions for the current month along with questions, decorate them.

2. Add your pages in your folder

3. Send to your partner in the next round

SWAP QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be rated for at least 10 Type 3 Swaps

- Rating 4.98 or higher

- Well filled out profile
