YTPC: Altered Playing Card Journal Spots

Hi swappers!

For this project, we'll be following THIS tutorial by Shanouki to create 2 altered playing card journal spots for our partners.

Please use at least 1 face card for this swap; the other card is your choice. If you don't have texture paste, you can simply stencil with ink or paint or you can follow this recipe for DIY texture paste:

TEXTURE PASTE RECIPE:

• 3 spoons of baby powder (or baking soda)
• 2 spoons of white glue
• 1 spoon of acrylic color (optional)
• some drops of water
• add more water or baby powder if it is necessary

Bridge cards are slightly smaller than other playing cards; those are fine to use.

Embellishments on the fronts of the cards are up to you--no need to follow Shanouki's embellishment choices.

Please make certain the backs of your cards are plain-ish for journaling.
