YTPC: Paper Tassels USA

Hi swappers!

Let's follow along with Natasha in THIS tutorial to create 2 paper tassels for our partners.

Requirements:

• 1 holiday-themed and 1 sender's choice

• paper measuring at least 4" long x 6" wide (Natasha uses 6"x6")

• some type of beads at the top of each tassel

• some type of lace/fabric/paper/trim around the top

Optional:

• beads at the bottom of the tassel

US participants only since part of the swap is holiday-themed and international mail might not make it to its destination by the holidays.

These look a bit fiddly (but fun) and they come together quickly.
